- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.

- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
