Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the vegetables and mashed potatoes.
- Make the gravy from the turkey drippings.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, vegetables, and rolls.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
