Description
A delicious Christmas dinner featuring glazed ham and a variety of sides.
Ingredients

- 1 whole ham (10–12 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Brush the glaze over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- While the ham is cooking, boil potatoes until tender, then mash.
- Steam green beans until bright and tender.
- Serve ham with sides and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust spices in the glaze to taste.
