Ingredients
- Roast turkey – 1 (12 lb)
- Stuffing – 2 cups
- Mashed potatoes – 4 cups
- Gravy – 2 cups
- Green bean casserole – 1 (9×13 inch)
- Cranberry sauce – 2 cups
- Rolls – 12
- Pumpkin pie – 1
- Whipped cream – 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning and stuffing it.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey roasts, prepare the mashed potatoes and gravy.
- Cook the green beans and prepare the casserole.
- Heat the rolls in the oven for the last 10 minutes of turkey cooking.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve all dishes on a buffet table for guests to enjoy.
- Slice the pumpkin pie and serve with whipped cream.
