- 6 tbsp warm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water until smooth.
- Decorate cookies with icing and let dry.
