Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped apples or nuts.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
