Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending after each.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour; mix until just combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint.
- Use a water bath while baking for a creamier texture.
