Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
- Add cheese, ham, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and toast bread on both sides.
- Pour the egg mixture over the toasted bread in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Serve with fresh fruit on the side.
