Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, feta cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
