- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer bread cubes, sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions in the baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the layers.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
