- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the cubed bread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
