Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon bites with salt and pepper, then cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add orzo and cook until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and parsley.
- Serve salmon bites over the lemon butter orzo.
