Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter and honey in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir well.
  3. Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
