Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and honey in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir well.
- Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
- Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter without added sugar for best results.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Substitute almond butter if allergic to peanuts.
- For a firmer texture, add more oats.
