Ingredients

Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate finely and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the double cream in a saucepan until just simmering, then pour it over the chocolate.
- Stir gently until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the orange zest, juice, and butter, then mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Use a spoon to scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve.
