- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g caster sugar
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C fan).
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a lined cake tin.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Chill for longer for a firmer texture.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or orange slices.
