Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in another bowl until combined.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir.
- Gently fold in the flour, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or berries.
