Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and salt.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the butter mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  10. Serve warm.
