Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and salt.
- Add the milk mixture to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add flour, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread chocolate chips evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
