Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  5. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the pan to thicken the sauce.
  7. Serve beef and broccoli over crispy fries.
