Ingredients

- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix oyster sauce with water and pour into the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Use a sharp knife for thinly slicing beef.
- Blanching broccoli before cooking retains its color.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness preference.
