Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix oyster sauce with water and pour into the pan.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
