- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, tightly packed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil and red wine vinegar until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
