Description

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh red chilies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and stem the red chilies.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves.
  3. Blend the chilies and garlic with vinegar and water until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and salt, and blend again.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before transferring to a bottle.

  • Adjust the number of chilies for spice level.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
