Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain macaroni and add to the chili mixture.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve hot.
