Description

These air fryer chickpeas are perfectly crispy, seasoned to perfection, and make a healthy snack or addition to salads.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
