- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
