- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup your favorite wing sauce (buffalo, barbecue, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss the wings in your favorite wing sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, bake them on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
