- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or your choice of sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once the wings are crispy and cooked through, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Toss the hot wings with buffalo sauce or your choice of sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
