Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and mixed greens.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
