Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme (if using).
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
