Juicy and crispy chicken thighs made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme (if using).
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
