Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs over and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, you can spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before cooking.
