- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and rub the seasoning mixture all over the thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin-side up, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add cayenne pepper for heat or lemon zest for freshness.
