  • 2 cups bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you want to keep the tenders warm while frying.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
  4. In a third shallow dish, add the bread crumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs, pressing down to adhere.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken tenders in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the chicken tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
