- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In three separate bowls, set up a breading station: one with flour seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
