Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh spinach for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
