A creamy and delicious chicken and spinach casserole with cream cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
