- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can be stored refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Serve with crusty bread or rice.
