Description
A comforting chicken soup made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the soup.
- Discard bay leaves before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Add noodles or rice for a heartier soup.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
