A simple and tasty chicken salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and grapes.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
