A simple and tasty chicken salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and celery.
- Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, red onion, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on lettuce leaves or as a sandwich.
- Can add grapes or nuts for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
