- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, and grapes (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, or in a wrap.
