- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, grapes, and sliced almonds. Stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.
