  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
