  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
