Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked fettuccine. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
