This creamy Chicken Alfredo is a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. Tender chicken pieces are tossed in a rich, homemade Alfredo sauce and served over fettuccine pasta.

- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked fettuccine. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
