Description
A quick and delicious chicken ramen stir fry ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
- Add other vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms if desired.
