A warm and flavorful sandwich with chicken, pesto, and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer chicken and cheese on one slice.
- Top with the second slice, pesto side down.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat until golden and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
- Use ciabatta or sourdough for better texture.
- Add tomatoes or spinach for extra freshness.
