Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with basil, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh basil if available for better flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
