Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with basil, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh basil if available for better flavor.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
