- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken breast until golden brown on both sides.
- Place fried chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Serve with pasta or a side salad.
- You can use store-bought marinara sauce for convenience.
- For a healthier version, bake the breaded chicken instead of frying.
