Description
A delicious twist on grilled cheese with crispy chicken, melted cheese, and marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one bread slice, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer mozzarella, chicken, marinara sauce, and Parmesan on the bread.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add fresh basil for extra flavor.
