- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure it sticks well.
- Spray both sides of the coated chicken with olive oil spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over, then spoon marinara sauce over each breast and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
