- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the fried chicken in a baking dish.
- Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with pasta or salad.
