Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg noodles

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Add shredded chicken, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
