Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add thyme and bay leaf.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add shredded chicken and egg noodles, cook until noodles are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove bay leaf before serving.
